Can racing drone batteries be matched to a specific FPV frame?

Yes. Frame battery bay size, mounting direction, connector, motor current profile, and target flight style are reviewed before sampling.

When should a project leave the racing route?

Move to the industrial UAV route for payload, quick-swap, rugged housing, and smart BMS needs. Move to the long-endurance hybrid route when Wh/kg and flight time dominate over burst current. Move to the high-rate page when you need a general training / 6S shortlist rather than frame-led FPV burst fit.

Should datasheet C-rate be used as the pack flight rating?

No. Brochure C-rate is a cell marketing signal. Pack capability depends on continuous current, burst duration, voltage sag, tabs, wire, connector, welding, and heat path.

How is racing different from the high-rate LiPo pack page?

Racing focuses on frame size, burst current, and lightweight FPV bay fit as primary inputs. The high-rate page covers broader training and current-led 4S / 6S / 12S pack planning when FPV frame heuristics are not the main filter.
