Can primary lithium batteries be used as rechargeable packs?

No. Primary lithium batteries are non-rechargeable and should be selected only when long storage life, high energy, or special field use justifies that chemistry.

When should buyers use the jump-starter page instead?

Use the jump-starter page for rechargeable high-rate cranking / pulse cells and compact OEM modules. Use this page only for non-rechargeable primary chemistry.

Are extreme Wh/kg datasheet claims standard catalog options?

No. Extreme datasheet energy-density classes are not published as Staricell standard options. RFQs should state storage life, pulse need, and documents; verified values are confirmed by project.
